Moms and babies are my passion and I would love to help you meet your breastfeeding goals. I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients during my career of 25 years including premature infants in NICU, newborns and mothers on postpartum in a hospital setting, multiples, exclusively pumping moms, inducing lactation, and various ages of nursing infants and toddlers. I have been an RN for 26 years and an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) for 15 years.  I've taught prenatal classes including childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care for 15 years as well. I'm the mother of three children ages 19, 17, and 14.

My consulting experience includes solutions and care plans for painful latch, sore nipples, lip and tongue tie, slow weight gain, low milk supply, exclusive pumping, return to work, food sensitivities, bottle introduction and bottle refusal, and many other issues related to lactation or direct breastfeeding.  My goal is to provide families with convenient, low-stress, office based lactation consultations where we can make an evidence based plan that suits your situation and meets your baby's (or babies') needs. Lactation consults and breastpumps are often a covered benefit by your insurance.  I look forward to helping you nourish and nurture your little one!
